Summary:
We are seeking a talented, proactive, and highly motivated individual for an Administrative Assistant position. The person in this position will be required to manage a number of tasks simultaneously and have the ability to work independently, take initiative, and handle multiple responsibilities under minimum supervision.

Primary responsibilities:
* Answer telephones, meet and greet visitors
* Reinforce image and professionalism of the company through polished and professional communications and interactions.
* Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
* Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
* Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
* Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
* College Degree will be an advantage
* Previous experience in an office setting required
* Strong computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and other commonly used software
* Excellent organizational skills and record keeping
* Self starter who can work independently
* Ability to learn quickly and take on new challenges as they arise
* High degree of professionalism and sophistication, and ability to work with little or no direction, strong team player
